Finance Manager (f/m/d)

A proactive and tech-savvy finance professional with a strong operational mindset and excellent communication skills. You are a versatile all-rounder who balances day-to-day precision with a drive to scale financial functions. You enjoy taking ownership of your domain, collaborating across departments, and streamlining workflows through automation and intelligent technology.

• Manage the full cycle of accounts payable and expense management using our modern toolstack.

• Partner cross-functionally with all departments, especially with the Supply Chain team, to ensure the seamless alignment of invoices with purchase orders.

• Optimize payment run procedures and liquidity management processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.

• Support month-end and year-end closing for our German and US entities, including acting as a point of contact for external auditors.

• Contribute to monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and forecasting activities.

• Support the annual budgeting cycle and act as a finance business partner to certain departments.

• Contribute to billing processes for hardware products and services, ensuring coordination with the commercial team.

• Drive AI-driven process optimizations to automate recurring tasks and maintain the integrity of our financial master data.

• University degree or a similar qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of professional experience in a finance, accounting, or audit-related role, ideally within a fast-paced tech or growth environment.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and communicate financial requirements clearly to non-finance stakeholders.

• Solid understanding of German GAAP (HGB), with exposure to IFRS or US GAAP and consolidation being a significant advantage.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, paired with hands-on experience using modern finance software (e.g., Abacum, MS Dynamics).

• Analytical mindset characterized by high attention to detail, a structured work style, and a focus on process efficiency.

• Proficiency in both German and English.
