Apply existing best practices for the design, setup, commissioning, and tuning of audio systems, including hands-on setup and using proprietary software tools and
Provide expert-level knowledge on Audio-over-IP (AoIP) technologies and networked audio system design
Support the definition and validation of technical specifications, system architectures, and compliance-related requirements, particularly for functionally complex systems
Provide cross-functional technical expertise to enhance product development, testing, configuration, and deployment activities
Play a key role in product development, including system testing, configuration validation, and feedback into product and engineering teams
Work closely with internal technical experts across engineering, software, and hardware teams in a like-for-like technical dialogue, ensuring clear, structured communication
Support system setup processes including health & safety considerations, system configuration, and stock/equipment management
Maintain broad awareness of third-party professional audio products and ecosystems
Contribute to internal documentation, workflows, and quality standards to support scalable and repeatable system deployment
Minimum 10 years’ experience in the professional audio industry, with background at a system integrator, manufacturer, or rental house
Strong experience with complex audio systems
Proven expertise in Audio-over-IP technologies, networking concepts, and system integration (bonus if experienced with AES67 or Ravenna)
Demonstrated ability to set up, commission, and tune advanced loudspeaker systems (experience with Smaart is a plus)
Structured working style, comfortable engaging directly with senior technical experts
Proven responsibility for health & safety. Compliant physical system setup, including risk awareness, safe working practices, and adherence to site and venue regulations during installation and commissioning
Comfortable with hands-on system work, including rack configuration, loudspeaker rigging, cabling, and physical signal connections
Professional communication skills, including written documentation, presentations, and technical reporting
Fluent in English
