Senior Regional Sales Manager - APAC (f/m/d)

Main objectives of the role

We are looking for a proactive, strategic, and relationship-driven senior sales leader to drive growth across the APAC region. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the AV (audio-visual) sales landscape, with a strong network of clients and industry contacts in AV sales, integration, design, and consultancy. Experience in live or immersive audio for entertainment is highly desirable.

This role is best suited to a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, is capable of independent decision-making, and can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. You will lead the APAC sales strategy, establishing and nurturing partnerships to achieve revenue targets while building a sustainable sales ecosystem.

Location: APAC region (within easy reach of a major airport)
Travel: 30-50% within the APAC region (including China (Hong Kong & Macau), Japan, South Korea, Singapore & Australia) & the HQ in Berlin, Germany.
Your role and responsibilities
  • Sales Leadership: Drive sales strategy and manage sales operations across the APAC region, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Partner Relationship Management: Nurture existing partner relationships and establish new partnerships across key markets (China, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, and Australia).
  • Business Development: Identify growth opportunities within the region, and proactively engage with potential clients, industry consultants, and partners.
  • Product Expertise: Act as a brand ambassador and product evangelist at industry events, representing HOLOPLOT’s values and technologies.
  • Market Insight: Gather and relay market intelligence, trends, and product feedback to internal teams to shape product development and strategy.
  • Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with internal resources (technical, marketing, sales operations) to ensure efficient support for partner networks.
  • Process Optimization: Develop and implement best practices for sales processes, both internally and externally, to streamline partner engagement and closing deals.
What you need to succeed in this role
  • Strong understanding of the APAC market dynamics, including cultural nuances and business practices.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, especially in B2B environments.
  • Strong network and established relationships within the professional audio or related industries in APAC.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in one or more regional languages (Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, etc.) is highly desirable.
  • Passion for the professional audio industry and understanding of emerging audio technologies.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to implementation and execution.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a high degree of business acumen with a customer-first mentality.
