Main objectives of the role
We are looking for a proactive, strategic, and relationship-driven senior sales leader to drive growth across the APAC region. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the AV (audio-visual) sales landscape, with a strong network of clients and industry contacts in AV sales, integration, design, and consultancy. Experience in live or immersive audio for entertainment is highly desirable.
This role is best suited to a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, is capable of independent decision-making, and can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. You will lead the APAC sales strategy, establishing and nurturing partnerships to achieve revenue targets while building a sustainable sales ecosystem.
Location: APAC region (within easy reach of a major airport)Travel: 30-50% within the APAC region (including China (Hong Kong & Macau), Japan, South Korea, Singapore & Australia) & the HQ in Berlin, Germany.
