Main objectives of the role

You will take care of projects revolving around Data Analysis and Reporting, including investor reporting, especially around Sales data. You will also learn how HOLOPLOT commercially ticks, experiencing a holistic view of the processes by supporting the team on a day-to-day basis.

We are looking to recruit a Junior BizOps Manager from May.

Your role and responsibilities

• Scope, design, build, publish, and maintain a set of Marketing, Sales & Customer success-centric metrics and KPI reporting for executive summary review
• Use data analysis tools and techniques to process large datasets effectively
• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to communicate key insights and findings to collaborators and leadership
• Provide and implement concrete recommendations to the Marketing, Sales & Customer Success teams to improve their processes and data quality
• Develop data visualisations, charts, and graphs to present data concisely and understandably for Internal and External Communication.
• Support the team on a day-to-day basis and be a good example of operational excellence
• Scope, execute and implement processes and automation to help the team work more efficiently

What you need to succeed in this role

• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in Data Analysis and presentation skills to effectively convey findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strongly committed to data accuracy and quality
• A killer of deadlines and organisation master
• Strong Experience with Google Sheets, Excel
• Experience with Data Viz tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Optimizer: Always keen to improve the way we work
• "Make it happen" attitude

Nice to haves

• Some coding experience (javascript/python)
• Proficiency in SQL
• Experience with Hubspot (or any other CRM system)
