Your role and responsibilities
- Work with the Business Development team on identifying and qualifying accounts, and opportunities, and regionalizing segment or account-based strategies
- Work as the initial core team member in the development of sales opportunities through the sales pipeline, working closely with Global Segment leads and Regional Account Managers
- Own and refine our inbound and outbound lead generation, qualification and nurturing processes considering different personas, geographies, industries and channels
- Own and optimise CRM workflows and processes to ensure seamless integration with sales and marketing activities, automating where possible to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Work in close touch with the BD, Marketing and BizOps teams to maintain, enrich and segment the database in order to implement effective nurturing strategies
- Run in-depth market analysis and sales data consolidation
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in sales and growth marketing to maintain a competitive edge
- Foster a culture of experimentation and innovation, encouraging the testing of new ideas and approaches
