Main objectives of the role
- Own and refine our inbound and outbound lead generation, qualification and nurturing processes considering different personas, geographies, industries and channels
- Own and optimise CRM workflows and processes to ensure seamless integration with sales and marketing activities, automating where possible to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Monitor and report on key metrics along the revenue funnel related to inbound and outbound activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Work in close touch with the BD, Marketing and BizOps teams to maintain, enrich and segment the database in order to implement effective nurturing strategies
- Support Business Development & Segment Managers in identifying and qualifying accounts, opportunities, and in regionalizing segment or account-based strategies
Work hand in hand with the BD team globally to streamline the outbound process and to support in project & stakeholder identification through diligent market research - Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in sales and growth marketing to maintain a competitive edge
- Foster a culture of experimentation and innovation, encouraging the testing of new ideas and approaches
