Your role and responsibilities

HOLOPLOT provides a unique opportunity to have production, development, and purchasing all located in Berlin, allowing for efficient communication between departments. Additionally, we maintain a largely European supply chain to ensure sustainability and direct communication with suppliers.

As an Operational Buyer (f/m/d), you will be an essential part of our supply chain team. In addition to focusing on material planning and daily procurement, you will expand our supplier network and ensure a reliable supply chain for your areas. The ideal candidate for this role is process-oriented, meticulous, and has a proactive approach to teamwork. Below is a list of the tasks you will undertake in this position:

• Operational responsibility for the direct and indirect purchasing of components for the production and development department as well as the requirements of other departments within the framework of central purchasing
• Identification, analysis and planning of inventories and material requirements
• Supplier management including requesting and analyzing quotations, order processing and delivery date tracking
• Returns management

We are looking to recruit an Operational Buyer (f/m/d) from May.

What you need to succeed in this role

• A background in business, e.g. a completed commercial apprenticeship or Bachelor's degree
• 1-3 years of professional experience
• Proactive communication within the company and with suppliers. You can demonstrate your negotiation skills in German and English; another language is an advantage
• You have a structured and solution-oriented approach and a proactive way of working
• Dealing with ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools / Google Sheets is part of your daily routine
• You are always up for new challenges and enjoy working in a team

The position is advertised as full-time. However, we can also imagine filling two part-time positions.
