Main objectives of the role

HOLOPLOT’s technology brings together innovative hardware and software with state-of-the-art algorithms and simulations, to give unprecedented control over sound. Successfully bringing this into real-world deployments involves collaboration with ambitious clients and world-class engineers.
Your role is to proactively drive the global Education & Training program at HOLOPLOT.  You embody the company values and can act as an ambassador of the brand.

Your role and responsibilities

• Design, structure and roll-out our global Education & Training program
• Build content curriculums together with key stakeholders and lead them into execution and revision to learn, iterate and improve
• Build a library of content pieces to address different audiences, segments and applications with various kinds of materials to be used in trainings, but also across marketing channels
• Drive education in all kinds of formats from presentations to video content and webinars
• Train the trainers and enable the partner network to become autonomous facilitators of our capabilities and training program
• Build a pool of skilled trainers to execute training packages, participate as a trainer yourself where suitable and needed

We are looking to recruit a Head of Education & Training for Professional Audio (f/m/d) from May.

What you need to succeed in this role

• You are a structured, analytical thinker who can comprehend and prioritise complex information quickly into simple messages and stories
• You have extensive experience and a track record with content production, building education and training curriculums and executing scaling training programs across multiple channels
• You can craft content strategies, but also get your hand into the weeds and produce content yourself where needed
• You have an eye for high-quality content, but the ability to produce and deliver it at low cost and in a quick turnaround
• You are a confident persona and an excellent communicator - you can get the message across whilst generating excitement within your audience. You want to capture the imagination of people, inspire them to try new things and create connections in the room
